Our Team

  • Anne Marie Moylan

    BP Energy Center Operations Manager

Anne Marie grew up in Upstate New York, where winter blizzards and lake effect snowfalls were hearty preparation for handling all that mother nature delivered. As a young adult, she moved to New York City to aspire to an artist’s life as a dancer. After years where restaurant jobs paid the bills she took a road trip/vacation that landed her in Homer, Alaska.  Like many of those who only go to visit the enchanted Alaskan Hamlet by the sea, she decided to stay and make a home. There she began a career as a development professional in public radio at KBBI. A move to Anchorage furthered her broadcasting opportunities at KSKA /KAKM and then several other non-profit positions in development.  After her daughter went off to college, she landed back in restaurants, and for seven years, she managed The Bridge Seafood Restaurant.  Enter Covid 19- the great disruptor -and she found out that the nonprofit sector held more possibilities and in 2022, she became the first Customer Service Manager and Donor Services Officer at ACF.

In her role at the BP Energy Center, she now leads a team that runs the finest meeting space within the urban landscape of Anchorage, catering specifically to nonprofits and education groups, under the auspices of The Alaska Community Foundation.
