NOTICE:
For your and our staff’s safety due to adverse travel conditions, the BP Energy Center will be closed today, December 4th, 2025.

We understand that many events require months of planning, involve attendees traveling from remote areas of the state, and may have them staying near the BP Energy Center. Our goal is to serve as a community resource with minimal disruption to scheduled events. However, local weather and unpredictable road conditions may prevent staff from reaching the facility safely. We ask for your understanding as we prioritize staff safety. We aim to cause minimal disruption to normal operations and scheduled events.

Under normal operating conditions, the BP Energy Center will be open during regular business hours.

Changes in regular operational hours may include, but are not limited to, delayed openings, early closures, or full facility closures.

Anticipated Closures

For all anticipated closures or changes to regular operational hours due to predicted inclement weather or unexpected facility maintenance, notification will be given within twelve hours of the scheduled reservation to the organization's authorized representative listed on the reservation. The organization’s authorized representative will be responsible for notifying attendees of any changes to the event time.

The BP Energy Center staff will create signage for attendees who may not have received notification of the event changes.

Payment for reservations canceled by BP Energy Center will either be refunded or applied to future reservation dates.

Emergency Closures

In rare cases of unpredicted severe inclement weather, natural disasters, power outages, or safety concerns, it may be necessary to close the facility. All affected reservations will be contacted as soon as possible to inform them of any changes that may prevent them from conducting their events as scheduled.

If possible, the BP Energy Center staff will create signage for attendees who may not have received notification of the event changes.

Payment for reservations canceled by BP Energy Center will either be refunded or applied to future reservation dates.

Real-Time Website Resource

The BP Energy Center staff will update the bpenergycenter.org homepage with the closure notice. Additional updates to closures or changes to regular operating hours will be posted in real time on the “Emergency Closure” tab.

The BP Energy Center reserves the right to close at any time with or without notice due to staff, visitor, or facility safety concerns.
